While growing upin Orlando, Richard developed a passion for real estate and home design by attending the many Parade of Homes and Showhomes in the area. However, his love of the performing arts led him to Los Angeles where he spent some time in the entertainment industry. Now back in Orlando for almost a decade, he channels his enthusiasm and expertise into helping others achieve their dream of homeownership.
